We ask that you can read through this page before booking your appointment as by booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms.
Cancellations.
As a courtesy if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide 24 hours notice, to enable me to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be having to wait for an appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling fee: if less than 24 hours a 50% fee will apply this will need to be paid before any further appointments can be made. If no notice is given a 100% fee will apply.
Any clients arriving late for their appointment will have their treatment time reduced, this may mean that they do not receive their full treatment, as I will have other appointments waiting. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment and a 50% charge will apply for the missed appointment.
Payment.
We accept cash, debit and credit cards. Credit cards are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
By paying for your treatment you are indicating that you are happy with your treatment. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let your therapist know straight away so any problems can be rectified asap.
Refunds: We have a strict no refunds policy if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us during salon hours and we will arrange to rectify any issues for you.
Gift Vouchers.
Gift vouchers can be purchased in the salon or online. Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be used on most treatments except cosmetic procedures and teeth whitening.
General Information.
We are happy for you to bring children into the salon, but please bear in mind that during your treatment you may not be able to move around and they may need extra supervision by another adult.
Clients under 16 will need parental consent for any treatment carried out, we cannot treat children under 12 years of age.
Please do not drink alcohol before your treatment.
Medical Conditions: Please advise your therapist if you are diagnosed with any medical conditions before your treatment. As some conditions may prevent or restrict your treatment.
All prices and information is correct at the time of website publishing, and is subject to change without notice.
Opening hours are subject to change I will endeavour to keep my clients update with any holidays or salon closures. The salon is usually closed on bank holidays and for 2 weeks in the summer. Please do bear in mind I am a mother of 3 children so may in very extreme circumstances have to close the salon at short notice, please ensure we always have your up to date contact information should a situation occur.
