We ask that you can read through this page before booking your appointment as by booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms.
As a courtesy if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide us with 24 hours notice, to enable us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be having to wait for an appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling fee: if less than 24 hours a 50% fee will apply this will need to be paid before any further appointments can be made. If no notice is given a 100% fee will apply.
Any clients arriving late for their appointment will have their treatment time reduced, this may mean that they do not receive their full treatment, as we will have other appointments waiting. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment and a 50% charge will apply for the missed appointment.
We accept cash or bank transfer. (some of our therapist accept cards but please check if you are unsure)
By paying for your treatment you are indicating that you are happy with your treatment. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let your therapist know straight away so any problems can be rectified asap.
Refunds: We have a strict no refunds policy if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us during salon hours and we will arrange to rectify any issues for you.
Attending Eyelash Appointment Wearing Make up.
We ask all clients who are having eyelash extensions to attend with no eye make up on at all, especially mascara. This has a huge impact on the longevity of your lash extensions and wearing make up means we cant guarantee how long your new extensions will last. We will try to ensure that we remove as much make up as possible before your lash extensions are applied but this will mean the amount of time we have to apply your new lashes will be greatly reduced and your lash extensions may not be as full as we would have liked them to be.
Gift vouchers can be purchased in the salon or online. Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be used on most treatments.
We ask that you do not bring people with you to your appointment, our treatment rooms do not have any extra seating so anyone coming with you will have to wait in reception. If you have no alternative but to bring children with you please note that our treatment rooms aren't accessible by pushchairs and we do ask that you have an adult with you to look after any children during your treatment, as our insurance doesn't allow for unsupervised children in the salon.
Clients under 16 will need parental consent for any treatment carried out, We cannot treat children under 12 years of age.
Our salon is over two levels and there is a few steps up into the treatment rooms, if you are a wheelchair user please let us know when booking your appointment so we can arrange access via our fire doors. If you have any special requirements please let us know as we will be able to accommodate.
Please do not drink alcohol before your treatment.
Medical Conditions: Please advise your therapist if you have been diagnosed with any medical conditions before your treatment. As some conditions may prevent or restrict your treatment.

Opening hours are subject to change I will endeavour to keep my clients update with any holidays or salon closures. The salon is closed on bank holidays with the exception of Good Friday. Where a bank holiday falls on a Monday the salon will be closed the Tuesday. Please ensure we always have your up to date contact information so we can keep you informed of any changes or special offers.
